In this one-hour class, Dr. Naegle will cover essential topics to help you feel confident and prepared, including:

Baby essentials checklist – What you actually need (and what you don’t!)
What to expect at the hospital – From labor and delivery to your baby’s first checkup
Your baby’s first doctor visits & vaccinations – Understanding the early medical milestones
Sleep & feeding tips – Practical guidance on newborn sleep patterns and feeding schedules
Developmental milestones – Learn what’s normal and when to reach out for support
Q&A with Dr. Naegle – Get expert advice tailored to your concerns

This class is designed for first-time parents who want to be better prepared for life after their baby arrives. It’s a one-time class, so there’s no need to attend multiple sessions—everything you need to know is covered in just 60 minutes.
