Tanner Clinic is dedicated to helping you secure financial stability for retirement. You are
eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan beginning January 1 or July 1 after your first year
of employment. You can save using both pre-tax and after-tax options. The plan has a wide
range of investment offerings. Tanner Clinic will match up to 6% of your earnings plus
contribute an additional 6% profit sharing annually.
Tanner Clinic provides a Paid Time Off (PTO) plan that can be used for any purpose,
including vacations, sick days, or for personal matters. Both full-time and part-time
employees receive this benefit.
PTO accrual starts on your first day of employment and increases with your length of
service. You will start with the accrual rate of three weeks (15 days) of PTO your first year
of employment. You can eventually accrue as many as 31 days of PTO per year.
Tanner Clinic offers seven paid holidays throughout the year. Both full-time and part-time
employees receive this benefit.
Tanner Clinic partners with Regence Group Administrators to provide health insurance
coverage for our employees. You are eligible if you average 25 or more hours per week. We
have a variety of plans that offer different types of deductibles and networks, so that you
can find the right plan for you. Each plan offer preventive care, prescription coverage,
mental health, maternity, and catastrophic coverage.
Tanner Clinic partners with Dentist Direct to provide dental insurance for our employees.
You are eligible if you average 25 or more hours per week. We offer a choice of three different plans, with a wide variety of providers to fit your needs. Orthodontia coverage is
offered on one of our plans as well.
You can elect to participate in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account to pay for eligible
healthcare, dental and vision expenses using pre-tax funds. You are eligible if you average
25 or more hours per week.
Our life insurance program features a group term life, spouse and dependent life. You are
eligible if you average 30 hours or more per week.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
We offer a Short-Term Disability (STD) plan for benefits eligible employees. A STD plan
protects your income when you are unable to work due to your own serious illness or off-
the-job injury. You are eligible if you average 30 hours or more per week.
Tanner Clinic will automatically enroll you in our long-term disability plan after 90 days of
employment if you average 30 hours or more per week. This benefit is 100% clinic paid.
