Supportive Care for Sexual Health and Intimacy

Sexual Health & Wellness services with Carly Bitton, CSW provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space to explore concerns related to sexuality and intimacy. Care is individualized and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients better understand their experiences, clarify values, and build skills that promote connection, confidence, and overall well-being.

What Is Sexual Health & Wellness Care?

Sexual health and wellness care focuses on the emotional, relational, and psychological aspects of sexuality and intimacy. This type of care helps individuals and couples better understand how thoughts, emotions, beliefs, relationships, life experiences, and stressors can influence sexual well-being.

Sexual Health & Wellness Care may include:

• Education about sexual health, anatomy, relationships, and communication 
• Exploring how stress, anxiety, past experiences, or life transitions impact intimacy 
• Identifying and reframing unhelpful patterns related to sexual confidence or expectations 
• Supporting healthier communication and connection between partners 
• Addressing emotional factors connected to desire, comfort, and satisfaction 

Sexual Health & Wellness Care Does NOT Include:

• Any form of physical touch between the provider and client 
• Sexual activity, demonstrations, or experiential exercises 
• Surrogacy services or partner-based sexual work 
• Medical exams, procedures, or physical assessments 
• Sexual health and wellness care is provided through talk-based therapy, education, and collaborative skill-building in a professional and confidential setting

All services are provided in accordance with professional, ethical, and clinical standards.

Carly Bitton, CSW

Carly Bitton is a Clinical Social Worker located at the Westside location in Clinton. She has a strong interest in sexual health and wellness. She is currently pursuing specialized training and certification through a nationally recognized sexual health certification program and plans to begin advanced coursework in the spring. 

Carly is deeply passionate about fostering a sex-positive, inclusive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. She is committed to increasing awareness around sexual health concerns and helping clients feel informed, empowered, and supported when addressing topics that are often overlooked or difficult to discuss. Her approach emphasizes education, curiosity, and collaboration, allowing clients to explore their goals at a pace that feels comfortable and aligned with their values. 

Carly Bitton is a Certified Social Worker providing services under the supervision of Dr. Trevor Taylor, PsyD
