The Health Psychology Department at Tanner Clinic is excited to announce that Dr. Trevor Taylor, Clinical Psychologist, and McKenzie Dearing, Clinical Social Worker, are now offering educational seminars about the link between medical conditions and mental health illness, called Behavioral Health Crash Courses!
The Crash Courses will help patients, spouses, and caregivers learn about the mind-body connection, mental health models that help increase understanding of the conditions, exploring coping strategies to assist in symptom reduction, while also learning that others experience their same frustrations and difficulties.
What’s more, below you will find information about individual Behavioral Health Crash Courses, including an outline of topics that we will discuss, information on who may benefit from the course, and when we will offer the courses.
So SIGN UP by selecting the Crash Course and date you want to attend and add your name, phone number, and email address to save your seat! Then, we will send you a confirmation email or call to finalize your registration process!
AND If you have any questions about the Crash Courses, please contact the Health Psychology Department Office Manager, Tracy, at 801-773-4840, ext. 3449, or by email healthpsychology@tannerclinic.com
