Brian Vincent, PA-C

Brian Vincent, PA-C, sees patients with Dr. Michael Dee at Tanner Clinic’s Roy location on the main floor for orthopedics. He thoroughly enjoys helping people recover from injuries and assisting them in preventing new ones. “My favorite thing is to see someone get better,” he said. “I love being in a position when a patient comes in, injured, or just hurting, and you can help walk them through a treatment plan to get better and return to loving life.”

Originally from Perry, Utah, Vincent earned his undergraduate degree at Weber State University and his master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah. Since his high school days, he’s gained experience in athletic training, physical therapy, medical science, and orthopedics.

He worked for eight years at Ogden Clinic in orthopedics and has been working at Mountain West Orthopedics out of Star Valley, Wyoming, since 2017. He thoroughly enjoys working in orthopedics, with an emphasis on sports medicine and joint care of the upper and lower extremities.

Through working with people and helping them heal from their injuries, Vincent has gained a firm knowledge of the workings and wonders of the human body.

“The body is an amazing organism,” he said. “There’s nothing else on earth that can heal itself. Sometimes it needs help, that’s where we as medical providers come into play. The longer I’m in the medical field, the more amazed I am with the human body.”

Vincent and his family love being active and spending time together. Most weekends are spent in a gym, on a field, or enjoying the outdoors. One of his greatest loves is coaching his kids’ sports teams. He is also an avid University of Utah football fan.
