Caid Evans, PA-C

Caid Evans, PA-C, is a family medicine provider at our Roy location. He completed his undergraduate degree at Weber State University before pursuing his Physician Assistant-Certified qualification at A.T. Still University.

In his interactions with patients, Caid prioritizes attentive listening and thorough explanations to address all concerns effectively. He ensures that medical information is conveyed in a clear and accessible manner for patients. Caid is deeply committed to the principles of Preventative Medicine, Health Span, Health Optimization, and Wellness.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Caid finds joy in family life, being married and a proud father of five children, including four boys and one little girl. He cherishes moments spent with his family, engaging in activities such as hiking, hunting, fishing, and coaching his children’s sports teams. Additionally, he loves to bond with his loved ones in the beauty of the mountains.
