Jason Swift, PsyD

Jason Swift, PsyD, is a Pediatric Neuropsychologist in the Behavioral Health Department at Tanner Clinic’s Westside (Clinton) location. He sees patients on the basement level.

Dr. Swift earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish at Weber State University before completing a master’s in Clinical Psychology at New Mexico Highlands University. He went on to earn a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, where he trained in pediatric neuropsychology at OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital and Randall Children’s Hospital. He completed his internship in Austin, Texas, in association with Dell Children’s Medical Center, gaining experience in trauma/head injury, epilepsy, and blood/cancer clinics. Dr. Swift then pursued a two-year fellowship at Wasatch Pediatric Neuropsychology in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Swift is also an AB Elite Plasma Donor.

As a clinician, Dr. Swift is conscientious, inquisitive, and caring. He is passionate about helping parents and young adults better understand mood, behavior, and developmental concerns. Through comprehensive evaluation, he provides clarity and helps families access evidence-based interventions and practical resources that make a meaningful difference.

A proud native of Weber County, Dr. Swift enjoys cheering for professional soccer (especially FC Barcelona, Lionel Messi, and the USMNT) as well as watching his children’s soccer games. He also loves video games, building and tinkering with computers, playing board and card games with his family, and roughhousing with his five children. His favorite movies include Interstellar, Inception, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy; and he never turns down anything chocolate peanut butter.
