Jennifer Green, FNP

Jennifer Green, FNP, joined Tanner Clinic under Dr. Khaldoun Al-Rayess’ endocrinology practice at the Layton Antelope Building A located on the east wing’s third floor. Jennifer attended Westminster for nursing and earned her BSN. Ten years later, she returned to Westminster and earned her MSN and FNP.

She enjoys getting to know her patients and connecting with them on a personal level. In 2022, she earned 2 awards: one for excellence in patient experience and another for excellence in quality. She treats all her patients with respect and compassion. This allows open communication and shared decision-making regarding their healthcare needs. Jennifer is passionate about patient education and believes that “the more I can teach a patient, the better equipped they are to make decisions regarding their health”.

Jennifer was born in California and has lived in Mississippi, Germany, Virginia, and Utah, where she spent most of her life. She is currently living in Layton with her husband, 2 kids, and 2 stepkids.

Jennifer is an animal lover and enjoys playing with her 3 bunnies, Mocha, Sprinkles, and Lily, and with her cat Meiko. She also enjoys vacationing anywhere where there’s sun and water and outdoor activities, such as paddle boarding, exercising, and woodworking/building things. Jennifer likes to listen to crime podcasts and read crime and murder mystery books. Her favorite movie genres are romantic comedies, documentaries, and mysteries. Jennifer enjoys all kinds of music and loves going to concerts, especially when they are outdoors.
