Kimberly Day, LCSW, is a compassionate mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover healing, resilience, and hope. She is committed to creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to become their best selves. She sees patients at Layton Antelope A on the west side of the basement.

Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s degree from Weber State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. She has also completed Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) training, which provides another set of skills to help patients process and heal from trauma. Known for her empathetic, solution-focused approach, Kimberly believes that healing is possible and that every individual deserves the opportunity to find confidence, purpose, and joy in their life. Her goal is to help patients work through trauma and mental health concerns so they can move forward with greater strength and well-being.

She is passionate about working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions. She has extensive experience supporting healthcare professionals, first responders, and military personnel, and she enjoys helping those who dedicate their lives to serving others. She is also honored to work with members of the LGBTQ+ community and strives to provide affirming, compassionate care for all.

Originally from Bountiful, Utah, Kimberly is a wife and mother of three boys. Outside of work, she enjoys wildlife photography, playing musical instruments, camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family. Her happy place is anywhere she can explore nature, photograph wildlife, and create memories with her children. She also enjoys reading fantasy and fiction novels, watching Friends, and listening to a wide variety of music.
