Mattison Collett, PA-C works with Dr. Neil Van Leeuwen in our the Ear, Nose & Throat department at our Layton Parkway clinic on the second floor, west wing. She has a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Utah, and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Oregon. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
She is kind, welcoming, compassionate, honest, attentive to detail, a good listener, and an advocate for her patients.
Mattison grew up in Utah, being the youngest in her family with two older brothers and wonderful parents. She enjoys hiking, running, cycling, traveling, and photography.
