Michael L. Beus, MD, continues a long and caring career as a family medicine physician. His practice is located on the first floor of Layton Parkway.
He specializes in all aspects of family medicine, including infant and adolescent care, adult medicine, sports medicine, asthma, and allergies. He also manages chronic diseases.
Dr. Beus earned a B.S. from Brigham Young University, followed by a master’s degree in biophysics and computing from the University of Utah.
Dr. Beus stayed at the U of U to earn his M.D. from the institution’s School of Medicine. He completed a surgical internship at St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, and a residency in family medicine at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in the Los Angeles suburb of Northridge, California.
The board-certified physician joined Tanner Clinic in 1989 and has provided compassionate and warmhearted service since his arrival.
Dr. Beus is married and the father of six children. He’s a fluent Portuguese and Spanish speaker. His spare time is spent in outdoor activities such as flying and exploring.
