Maddie Peterson, FNP

Maddie Peterson, FNP is an OB/GYN provider at our Layton Antelope Building B on the main floor, where she is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life. Maddie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Weber State University and her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University of Saint Louis.

Maddie is drawn to women’s health because it allows her to combine compassionate care with meaningful connections. She values the privilege of being a trusted resource and advocate, whether guiding a patient through a healthy pregnancy, providing education on reproductive health, or offering support through complex diagnoses. Her approach to care is guided by passion, motivation, and resilience, ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey.

Originally from Farr West, Utah, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and their pets. Outside of work, she loves playing volleyball and tennis with her family, baking on cozy fall days, staying active, and watching football. She also has a creative side and enjoys music and videography.

Maddie’s favorite movies are The Proposal and Pitch Perfect, and she’s a big fan of The Twilight Series. When it comes to music, Taylor Swift tops her playlist, though she enjoys nearly every genre. Her happy place is at home baking on a chilly day while football plays in the background or soaking up the sun in Hawaii. A self-proclaimed shoe lover, Maddie admits her guilty pleasure is a little shopping spree for a new pair of shoes.
