Porshia Riggleman, FNP-C

Porshia Riggleman, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner working with Dr. Neil Van Leeuwen in our ENT department at the Layton Antelope Building A, on the 2nd floor, west side of the building.  Porshia’s education includes an ADN and BSN from Weber State University, and an MSN, and FNP from Frontier Nursing University.  She is also a part of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  

She believes that “what I do positivity impacts the lives of others and gives them a resource for their healthcare needs in vulnerable times.” Porshia has Integrity, empathy, motivation, open communication, transparency, dependability, and accountability – traits that help her connect with patients and foster a good relationship with them. 

Porshia grew up in Utah and has three children. She enjoys exploring new places with her kids, any movie that can make her laugh, and a variety of music. Some of her interests include spontaneous road trips, camping, paddle boarding, hiking, family, friends, and comedy. We asked if she had any guilty pleasures, and Porshia said “junk food and sleeping in.”
