Bethany Robbins, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Bethany was born and raised in Davis County and attended Viewmont and Northridge High School where she enjoyed playing multiple sports. Bethany went on to attend Nightingale College and Western Governors University for her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in the Science of Nursing. Finally, Bethany graduated from Regis College located in Boston, Massachusetts with a Master’s degree in nursing. She was nominated for the Nursing Excellence Award with Intermountain Healthcare. She is located at our Layton Parkway location.

Bethany Robbins has over five years of experience in orthopedic care at McKay-Dee Hospital. She also gained experience in family practice, emergency medicine, and surgical services throughout her education. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. Throughout her experience with orthopedics, Bethany has witnessed and participated in surgeries involving the shoulder, back, hip, knee, and infections. Additionally, she has worked shifts in the post-operative recovery, same-day surgery, medical, surgical, and rehabilitation areas of the hospital. Bethany also spent two years as a charge nurse for the Joint and Spine unit at McKay-Dee Hospital where she gained many valuable experiences in leadership, teamwork, efficiency, and caring for patients as a whole person. Bethany was nominated for the Nursing Excellence Award with Intermountain Healthcare.

When providing care, she believes in the holistic health model that includes treating the patient’s physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs. Bethany believes that health care is a team effort that includes many providers, but most importantly, the patient who is an active participant in the care they receive. Bethany is a very kind and compassionate person – she truly enjoys helping people. She said, “I like to share the things that I’ve learned and experienced with others to guide them in making educated decisions about their health.”

Bethany is a firm believer in working and having fun. She enjoys beaches, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, golfing, pickleball, soccer, basketball, and football – but her happy place is on beaches. Most of her free time is spent with her husband and family including six adorable nieces and nephews.
