Saige Obray, PA-C

Sagie Obray, PA-C, practices Interventional Spine and Pain alongside Dr. Shepherd at our Layton Antelope B building in the basement, on Mondays and Wednesdays, and with Dr. Jergensen at our Layton Antelope A building on the east wing of the second floor on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. She specializes in helping patients manage acute and chronic pain conditions through individualized, patient-centered care. Saige earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Arizona and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Utah State University. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.

Saige has a strong clinical background in spine and pain management and is passionate about forming meaningful connections with her patients. She is dedicated to partnering with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that restore function and improve overall quality of life. Known for being detail-oriented, motivated, and compassionate, Saige focuses on delivering whole-person healthcare that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of pain.

Her clinical interests include the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of spine and pain-related conditions. She is committed to helping patients better understand their conditions and guiding them toward effective, sustainable solutions.

Originally from Logan, Utah, Saige enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. In her free time, she loves mountain biking, skiing, boating, playing soccer, and rock climbing. She especially enjoys wakesurfing at Lake Powell with family and friends, which she considers her happy place. She also values time spent outdoors with her husband and their goldendoodle.
