Warren Butler, MD

Warren L. Butler, MD loves the practice of Family Medicine due to the satisfaction it brings in caring for people of all ages and all walks of life.

Dr. Butler is at Tanner Clinic at the Syracuse clinic and has been with the clinic since 1997. He has lots of experience caring for patients with diabetes, mental illness, and a variety of other chronic problems. He enjoys office surgery and seeing people get back to their productive lives in better physical, emotional, and mental health.

A native of Kaysville, Utah, Dr. Butler was educated through Weber State, University of Utah, then Saint Louis University for medical school training and returned to Utah for his Family Practice Residency through McKay-Dee Hospital. He has maintained his board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine and has added acupuncture to his repertoire in the last couple of years for difficult cases.

He is married and has five children and nine grandchildren. Dr. Butler enjoys family first and foremost, but also gets satisfaction out of working on a vintage Mustang and doing yardwork and other projects with his hands. He also enjoys ongoing education of all sorts and plays the piano (a little) at Christmastime.

Dr. Butler is fluent in French.
