Monica J Woods, AuD

Monica J Woods, AuD, is an Audiologist located at our Layton Antelope Building A on the second floor, west wing as well as the second floor at Layton Parkway. She attended Utah State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Communications Disorders and Family & Human Development. She also attended Utah State University and graduated with a Doctorate of Audiology. She has practiced in a variety of places while following her husband’s Air Force career – including New Mexico, Ohio, and Utah.

Woods has experience working with children and adults. She “loves helping people with their hearing health and communication needs. Successful communication is essential in maintaining strong and healthy relationships with those that are most important in our lives and I am honored to help them through this process.” Her professional interests include diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss, patient education, and empowering those with hearing loss to be advocates for themselves and others.

She enjoys taking walks around the neighborhood with her husband, camping with her family, attending musical theater with her daughters, and going on lunch dates with friends. Woods grew up in Utah County and loves being in the mountains, swinging in a hammock while reading a good book.
